About Me!
First let me formally introduce myself.. . My name is Liz, nice to meet you! I am 30 years old, I live in the mid-western Ohio area, if you’ve ever heard of Cedar Point, well that is basically in my back yard! I work full-time at a publishing company as an Online Advertising Coordinator, managing online advertisement and marketing. I work from home 3 days out of the week, I love what I do and the people I work with. I am also an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, basically what that means is I build and manage distribution channels for health, weight loss, cholesterol, and income generating products and specialize in team branding, team mentorship, and team leadership development. I do this part-time and I really love it because I get to incorporate my passion for health & fitness. I’ve been serious about health and fitness since 2002. After leaving for college I fell victim to the freshman 15. I was eating crap and never worked out. It wasn't until I came home from college did I realize I needed to do something. I think the most I weighed was 190lbs, at 5'7". 10lbs away from 200lbs. THAT was my wake up call. Now this was back in 2002, so at my disposal I had the magazine Muscle & Fitness Hers, it became my bible. I followed the eating plans and workout regimens. I started in May 2002 and by the beginning of 2003 I was down to 140lbs. I had lost 50lbs and I was happy. In 2006, I had my twins, and that did a number on my body. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy, 30lbs I lost before I even left the hospital. But, needless to say I wasn't where I wanted to be. From '06 to '10 I yo-yo'd up and down with my weight struggling to stay motivated. At the end of 2010, I was completely unhappy with myself and decided that 2011 was going to be different. January 1, 2011 I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle. At the beginning of the year I weighed in at 165lbs. Currently I'm at 130lbs, happier, healthier and READY to PAY IT FORWARD to others that desire the same goal for themselves. I'm completely hooked, this is my LIFESTYLE and I finally feel like I’m on the right track. The best is yet to come!
